Preshrunk

Understand Preshrunk?

Pre-shrinking is not about pre-washing the fabric. It is a process in which the screwed, uncut fabric is guided through rollers with tiny knobs that press the fabric over the hubs and create grooves that condense it. This puckered shrinking effect then allows for real shrinking to occur when washed, without it being detected. As a result, the fabric – and not the shirt – is pre-shrunk before it is even cut and sewn.Preshrunk is used in for many fabrics. Check our stock now!
